Engagement terms
- Pipeline DFY is a month-to-month managed service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Foundation setup fee is one-time and non-refundable after delivery of the pipeline audit.
- Monthly fees are invoiced at the start of each month and due within 15 days.
- Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
Guarantee terms
- The pipeline guarantee applies to Signals and Full Pipeline tiers.
- Pipeline value is measured in the client CRM using weighted pipeline methodology agreed in the Foundation audit.
- If monthly pipeline value added is below $15,000, that month fee is waived.
- The guarantee does not apply if client materially changes ICP, reduces CRM access, or pauses the engagement during a month.
Data and compliance
- All prospect outreach complies with CAN-SPAM and applicable regulations.
- Client CRM data is accessed only for service delivery and not shared with third parties.
- Prospect data is managed per the privacy policy and subject to opt-out requests.
