Terms of Service

Engagement terms

• Pipeline DFY is a month-to-month managed service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Foundation setup fee is one-time and non-refundable after delivery of the pipeline audit.
• Monthly fees are invoiced at the start of each month and due within 15 days.
• Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.

Guarantee terms

• The pipeline guarantee applies to Signals and Full Pipeline tiers.
• Pipeline value is measured in the client CRM using weighted pipeline methodology agreed in the Foundation audit.
• If monthly pipeline value added is below $15,000, that month fee is waived.
• The guarantee does not apply if client materially changes ICP, reduces CRM access, or pauses the engagement during a month.

Data and compliance

• All prospect outreach complies with CAN-SPAM and applicable regulations.
• Client CRM data is accessed only for service delivery and not shared with third parties.
• Prospect data is managed per the privacy policy and subject to opt-out requests.
