Data retention

Client pipeline data is retained for duration of engagement plus 90 days. Prospect data is subject to CAN-SPAM compliance and opt-out requests. Contact [email protected] for deletion requests.

When you call or text us we collect your phone number, the content of your messages, and the details you choose to share with the intake guide. We use that information only to answer you, qualify your request, and arrange a follow-up conversation. We do not sell it.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
